The scheme commits £15 billion over five years to upgrade 5 million homes with solar panels, battery storage, heat pumps, and insulation. Low-income households with a total income below £36,000 per year can receive fully funded installations worth up to £30,000. The scheme runs until 2030 with a budget of £295 million for 2025/26.
